Environmental Value Solutions has been created to provide environmental disposal solutions for Airlines, Airports, Repair  Facilities (MRO’s), Aircraft Dismantling facilities and general industry.

Using proven and reliable technology, EVS is able to provide various levels of support from consultancy on purchasing options, to operating the machinery on behalf of the company.

The outputs from the process will provide either energy in the form of steam for heating and absorption chilling or energy in the form of electricity for power.

Avoiding landfill is the key to this system. The global appetite for landfill needs re-educating and while there are considerable efforts being implemented for this in the form of recycling, there are still millions of tons of waste that cannot be recycled but which could be consumed by the EVS system and both avoid landfill and reduce CO2 outputs.

This Pyrolysis Technology has been proven and utilised by the Military and is now available to provide innovative solutions to industry to solve their problems.

Boeing estimates that between 2010 and 2030, 33,500 new aircraft will enter service. In the same timeframe 13,380 will be removed from service and potentially dismantled for spares.

EVS in partnership with a leading waste recycling company in the UK, will to be in a position to recycle or environmentally dispose of up to 98% of material which make up the aircraft. This will include all non-metals for Pyrolysis, and also metals for recycling.

Plastics, composites, hoses, seats, carpets, wiring, oils, fuel residues will be taken care of by the partnership.
